Hello all,
I am now 27 weeks today, so pleased! Had a scan yesterday and all was good...baby is estimated to weigh 2lb 8oz! Can't believe it! He is currently measuring 11 days ahead and blood flow is great. Consultant really thinks I'll miss the early onset as baby is growing so well...blood pressure isn't always great though so we shall see. As long as I reach 32 weeks I will be happy...anything else is a bonus!

P.S. did you manage to ask your consultant about the racing heart thing? Interested in what he said? x

Thankyou everyone! Emma, I did ask but he didn't appear concerned. He seemed to think that it was all linked with anxiety. I'm now 28 wks and still ok touch wood. I don't appear to be experiencing a racing heart as much so think he was right. Now I've got two weeks past last time and feel well I do feel calmer. I'm sure you will feel the same too, hope everything is ok for you at the moment. I know the next few weeks are so hard. X

Thanks Lizzie, my consultant said something similar. I am a nervous wreck and probably will be for the next few weeks, just so badly want things to be ok this time (as I know we all do). Just trying to be positive and count down the days.

Hope you're ok and really positive news so far for you! Long may it continue!

Hi Emmie

Well done for getting this far with no sign of the demon PE Very Happy Im sure you must be feeling alot more positive this time, I know Samantha was when carrying Dylan and got past the gestational age she lost Briannah but even so there was always that niggling doubt would it happen again.

I hope reading Samantha's stories and her healthy outcomed of two Pregnancies both PE free give hope and inspiration to you and all the others that are on this Journey to Motherhood and I keep my fingers crossed you will be fine with no major problems

take care

Ingrid xx
